New Jersey's 37th Legislative District is comprised of 13 communities located in the north-eastern portion of Bergen County. The District is an economic leader in New Jersey, supported by vast transportation infrastructure, including; rail, air, public transportation systems, and highways. District 37 is home to a strong, educated, work-force and businesses of every size; including multi-national companies, major retailers, and family businesses on Main Street. With over 200,000 residents the district, which connects to New York City by the George Washington Bridge, expresses a range of culture, language, and diversity. Assemblyman Gordon M. Johnson has represented the district since 2002.
